Transformers Grimlock At 20 inches tall, this Transformers Age of Extinction robotic toy can easily be transformed from a large robot to a dinosaur that can easily battle the evil Decepticons. Children will love the light up eyes and jaws that can clamp down and chomp on anything that stands in its way when it is arranged as a dinosaur.

Due to its variety of pop out weapons, including a sword, the Chomp and Stomp Grimlock is always ready for battle. He even comes with an Optimus Prime Transformer that rides on top of his back. If your child enjoys a good battle, it may be a good idea to invest in a few extra power battlers and One Step Transformers figures. Although they are sold separately, they can easily be paired with the Stomp and Chomp Grimlock to make more weapons available and set off an array of lighting options and sound effects.

Unlike some toys, the Transformers Chomp and Stomp Grimlock is easy for your child to convert from large robot to dinosaur. They simply pull a lever and it becomes an upright dinosaur. Whether he is a robot or a dinosaur, the Grimlock is ready to engage in any battle with the enemy. Best of all, you will love how durable he is. Even when your child involves his Transformers toy in the fiercest battle, you won’t have to worry that he is going to fall apart.

The Chomp and Stomp Grimlock has realistic sound effects including a roaring growl when he is in dinosaur mode. When your child pops the weapons out, they will be rewarded with the sound of a laser. Although this Transformers Grimlock figure is recommended for kids over the age of 5, younger children may enjoy playing with it as well. With any toy, there are is always a downside. With this Transformer, it’s the price. It’s not cheap, but it is definitely a toy you will get your money’s worth out of. In addition, you will have to do a quick and easy assembly job when he first comes out of the box. Of course, instructions are included, but you can understand everything, even if the instructions happen to get lost in the excitement when the box is opened.

        I believe the batteries are in the roof of his (dinosaur) mouth, which you can access when you transform him into robot mode. Like all battery operated toys nowadays, you’ll need a small Phillips screwdriver to remove the battery door.
