VTech KidiBeats Drum Set Review
The Vtech KidiBeats Drum Set has an eye-catching color of orange shade around the drums and a blue shade on the bottom part of it. It includes orange drumsticks. With the appearance alone, it is definitely an attractive set of drums for the younger children that it’s intended for.
The cymbals and drum pads can make unique sounds. Keep in mind that unlike some drum sets for kids, this toy isn’t made for mindlessly banging around. It is designed to allow your child to learn about music and more. There will be flashing lights on the drum set so that your child will be able to follow a more structured play. As they play the drums, they will also learn numbers and letters making this a fun and educational toy.
It has a compact sized design for an easier usage especially for the little hands of younger children. The drumsticks are not tied or attached on the toy so that your child will have the freedom of hitting it anywhere on the drum surface.
The toy is designed for a small child to be able to use it while he or she is sitting on the floor. It is suitable for little ones from the age of 2. Bigger preschoolers will want to have it on a table or other surface, like the boy in the picture on the right here.
While your child is playing, there will be occasional drum sounds that will be produced by the toy which may interrupt your child even though he or she is playing in free play mode. That’s our only criticism and most kids won’t care about it.
It’s a good price and a fun toy. And you never know, maybe someday your child will grow up to be a popular drummer.
