Zoomer Dino Review
While Zoomer Dino comes in a number of different models, including the Zoomer Dino Onyx pictured on the right, the main one is that which resembles the dino description everyone grew up to know about, the green Dino Boomer. It is not only the easiest model to locate in stores but it is also the most affordable of the models. That’s great because it means as many kids as possible can have the opportunity to own this cool electronic pet.
Kids love this toy, which allowed it to win an award as the most innovative toy of the year 2014, and it was well deserved. The dinosaurs are designed with that attractive cuteness that kids love, but at the same time, they are interactive and can do a lot.
It is recommended that the Zoomer Dino electronic pet be purchased for kids five years old or older. This age group will love the ferocious aspect of the toy without being scared. In addition, the small parts of the dinosaur robot toy may be hazardous to smaller children if swallowed.
What is it that attracts kids so much that some of them won’t the store without it? It can wag its tail, chomp its jaws, roar, move around on two wheels and even better, you can train the dinosaur to act on your child’s movement and gestures. The more he gets to know your child the friendlier he becomes. It is like having to tame him just for you.
Of course this means he does not perform all the tricks once you let him out of his box. Be patient and train him slowly. That’s one reason why he’s a better purchase for children above the age of five – they need a certain amount of patience. But it will be rewarded and it means Zoomer Dino will keep their interest, as their play and relationship with him develops.
The Zoomer Dino has a very vibrant personality. With frequent exposure, every time your child nears, he will make an interactive gesture. Over time, he will learn to chase after something, dance and even chomp.
During play, you will notice a change in color of the dino’s eyes. This color change portrays the dino’s mood – so he’s emotionally intelligent, too!
To make it easier for him to move around, solid floors are better as opposed to rugs and carpets. The robot dinosaur itself contains a rechargeable battery, and your child has about 20 minutes of play with him before he can be recharged. There’s also a remote control which uses 3 AAA batteries – those are not included.
If you are looking to teach your kids about responsibility while at the same time allowing them to have fun, the Zoomer Dino is the ultimate present you could purchase. Remember … you will not have to clean up after this dino as you would with a real life pet. It is a win-win situation for both child and parent.
